The stage of the GRAND TOUR that reveals the Pays-d'Enhaut (highland area) on the way to the Col de Jaman or Jaman Pass: grandiose views across the arc of Lake Geneva (Le Lac Léman).
The route linking Rossinière to the Buffet de Jaman immerses the rambler in this environment of pastures, rocky areas and forest. This hike enables you to enjoy the traditional landscapes of the Pre-Alps, with surprising views of the Lac de la Gruyère and Intyamon, as well as over to the Hongrin Valley, the Lac de Rossinière and the Pays-d’Enhaut.
The second night, at the half-way stage, is spent on straw, in a converted barn which was that of a former mule track. On the second day of the hike, after the climb up to the Col de Pierra Perchia, you will be treated to a view of the arc of Lake Geneva, a rewarding sight as you come near to the Col de Jaman.
