Let yourself be tempted by the Bénichon menu, on a tour of various local businesses.
Thanks to the 5-stage route proposed in the town of Bulle, you will explore the flavours that characterise these typical dishes. From the cuchaule and its mustard to the gourmet coffee, you will stroll through the historical centre and savour leg of lamb as well as the local produce. Stops are offered along the way to taste the dishes on the menu.
To enjoy this gourmet day, tours depart every hour between 11:00 and 17:00. Tasting areas are set up in the participating parks or restaurants, according to the detailed map under "Documents to download".

To satisfy the curious as well as amateurs, a complete menu as well as a "tasting" version, offering smaller portions, are available. It is also possible to taste the proposed dishes at the various locations, in exchange for a cash payment.
To complete this tasty escapade, traditional musical entertainment is on the programme with, in particular, the Groupe folklorique de La Gruyère on Saturday. History enthusiasts can also discover the Journées du Patrimoine, which will liven up this festive weekend.
