The Hotel Cailler offers you an experience in chocolate making in Nicolas Bertherin laboratory (Hotel Cailler chocolatier and pastry chef).

Workshops on offer:

Hands in the chocolate
• CHF 25.- per person
• Groups of 6 to 10 people maximum
• 30-45 minutes
• Making milk chocolate truffles
• 6 truffles to take away

Guanaja workshops:
• CHF 60. - Per person
• Groups of 6 to 10 people maximum
• Production of small chocolate bar, chocolate sweets

Registration: 1 week before
Venue: The workshops are held in the Hotel Cailler in Charmey. It is visible thanks to a bay window.
