Main activities: cheese-making demonstration at the chalet: Gruyère AOP, Vacherin AOP, tonnelet, alpine Sérac, tomme cheese, butter, etc.
Direct selling of the produced food at the Invuettes, the whey is transformed into sérac; it is directly given to the 50 pigs behind the chalet.
