Four de l'Adde, hands in the flour:
André Isenegger, an enthusiast baker, opens the doors of his bread oven in Cerniat. Making of bread with organic flours and sourdough (to take away at the end of the course). An apéritif and a meal. This is the chance to discover and try out together an ancient know-how around a wood oven.

The forge of Charmey
Since the 19th century, the blacksmith of Charmey were shoeing the horses and repairing the lumberjack's tools in the little village of La Tzintre near Charmey. The forge was very important in the local economy. Today, the forge reminds us of this period and conserve all the old tools and machines used back in time.
The forge can visited on demand. Max 15 persons. Price : CHF 150.-. Duration: circa 2 hours

Cheese cave of La Tzintre
The famous alp cheese cave of La Tzintre welcome you for a visit and a cheese tasting.
The cave can visited on demand. Min 6 persons. Duration: circa 2 hours, price on demand.

Ethical activities:

Come and help a mountain farmer to clear the land. You’ll join forces to have a taste of agricultural work ! And you will eat a nice picnic freshly made with products from the Park or a meal on the mountain pasture. This day will be the opportunity to discover the way of life of a mountain farmer and his multitasking job. Depending on the layout of the alpine huts, you may spend an extra night on a bed of hay.

Park’s Buffets: regional products from the Park.
- A quick bite, an aperitif buffet (different cheeses, saucisson sec, bread, with or without drinks). CHF 9.- to CHF 12.-/pers.
The Park takes care of the delivery to the party or to the home. It is also possible to book nice charming places.

Tasting basket: a gift idea
Regional products from the Park to discover. The baskets are shipped and can be offered. The price is CHF 29.- (including packaging and shipping within 2 days).
Pays-d’Enhaut's basket: 200 g de Gruyère bio AOP, une barquette de 100 g rebibes de L’Étivaz AOP, une tomme fleurette de 170 g, 100 g de Mont Chevreuil.
La Gruyère's basket: 200 g Gruyère AOP cheese, 200 g Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP cheese, 150 g Pré Fleury cheese, 200 g Manguyon cheese.
